Take the Raw Foods Challenge!
For just one week, commit to eating more raw foods - at least one type with each meal. At the end of the week, check your progress and determine how you are feeling. You should notice an improvement in your health and perhaps it will motivate you to continue on eating more raw foods and making other positive changes in the way you live. Suggestions for raw foods include vegetables, fruits, sprouted whole grains, nuts, seeds, and raw dairy such as milk, cheese, cream, and butter. Juicing is an excellent way to get in many of your raw vegetables such as greens all at once.
